1. Digital Services Notice

All services provided by AudiRise are digital services.

Once an order has been placed and processing has begun, the service is considered in progress and is generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or as outlined in this policy.

By placing an order, you expressly:

  • Request immediate performance of the service, and
  • Acknowledge that you may lose any applicable cancellation or withdrawal rights once delivery has started

2. General Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Where required by law, we will provide remedies including re-performance, replacement, or refund.


3. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be issued only if:

  • The failure to deliver is directly caused by AudiRise, and
  • The issue cannot be resolved through re-delivery or support

All refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.


4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate details.

Orders placed with incorrect usernames, links, or content URLs are non-refundable.


4.2 Private or Inaccessible Accounts

Services require accounts or content to be public and accessible.

If your account or content is private, restricted, or becomes inaccessible during delivery, the order is not eligible for a refund.


4.3 Change of Mind

Refunds will not be issued for:

once an order has been submitted.


4.4 Service Fluctuations

Social media metrics may fluctuate due to platform behavior.

Minor drops in followers, likes, views, or engagement do not qualify for refunds. Where applicable, we may offer refills at our discretion.

We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms.

No refunds will be issued where:

  • Your account is restricted, suspended, or banned
  • Content is removed or limited by a platform

4.6 Completed or In-Progress Orders

Orders that are:

  • Fully delivered,
  • Partially delivered, or
  • Affected by user actions (including username changes or account privacy changes)

are not eligible for refunds.


5. Remedies & Resolution

If an issue arises with your order, we will first attempt to resolve it through:

  • Re-delivery of the service
  • Replacement or refill (where applicable)

Refunds will only be considered if these remedies are not possible or appropriate.


6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first:

  • Your account may be suspended or permanently restricted
  • We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of service delivery

7. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, you confirm that:
